Commissioner Nixon's "Best Interest" is in paying his country club fees. That is why he doesn't read reports or consider the history of the case. I feel his punishment should be that he is not allowed to see or talk to his parents or children, and they are not allowed to visit or contact him. Let's see if we can set him to fail. Let's just say we are afraid of him and he is not allowed to be around anyone for fear that he might endanger someone elses life. But he still needs to pay fees, with no income.
